Defective automatic transmissions often produce unwanted dirt particles that spread over the oil circuit throughout the transmission. These metallic abrasions, shavings and friction linings spread in the gearbox, in the torque converter, in the oil line and in the heat exchanger or the oil cooler. When repairing the automatic transmission, all parts are cleaned thoroughly to eliminate this contamination but unfortunately it is often not done alone. In order to eliminate all impurities, the oil cooler or heat exchanger must be included in this cleaning process.
Our workshop has been working successfully for years with the Hot Flush, thus ensuring the best possible cleaning.
